MARKET DATA CONNECTION
Connect data. Keep keys private.
Server-side credentials only. Your API key is never placed in a browser field, local storage, or shared app storage.
Twelve Data
EUR/USD · tick stream with snapshot fallback
- 1
Get your API key
Create a Twelve Data account and copy the API key from its dashboard. The free Basic plan offers limited API access and trial WebSocket access; confirm EUR/USD streaming entitlement and your usage rights.
- 2
Save it securely in deployment Secrets
As the app owner, open this project’s deployment Secrets panel. Add a secret named TWELVE_DATA_API_KEY and paste your key there. Save the secret and redeploy or restart functions if required by the platform. This page deliberately cannot modify deployment Secrets.
TWELVE_DATA_API_KEY - 3
Verify the connection
Use the button below to request actual server-side data. If tick access is denied or no ticks arrive, the app tries a REST quote. A quote is labeled as a snapshot and all short-duration signals stay WAIT.
CONNECTION STATUS · OFFLINE
Real-time tick data is not connected. All durations are safely set to WAIT.
Basic access is currently listed at 8 API credits/minute and 800/day, with trial WebSocket access. Limits and licenses may change. Sources: Twelve Data API documentation, pricing, and WebSocket FAQ. REST fallback runs only on explicit connection attempts, not continuous snapshot polling.
A key is a secret
Only server functions read the deployment secret. The client receives observed prices, timestamps, and status—not credentials.
Rotate a compromised key in the provider dashboard and update deployment Secrets. Never share it in a CSV or signal history.
Know your feed
This app requests short server-side WebSocket batches. It is not an uninterrupted broker feed. Network and batch gaps can force WAIT or leave outcomes unscored.
Provider forex prices may differ from Quotex, especially OTC instruments. Confirm redistribution rights before sharing a public deployment.
